The Apartment
This charming, fully furnished, 65-70m² apartment is located in the center of Zahara de los Atunes and
only 20 meters away from the 18km long,
pristine beach.
It's located on the first floor, with only a small set of stairs to take you up.
Although the temperatures are generally quite mild throughout the year, the apartment does come with its own airconditioning unit, which has been nicely hidden from view on the balcony, in a neutral storage unit.
The apartment has always been smoke free and pet free.
Living room
The living room has a wide, comfortable corner sofa and a
32 inch tv.
There's plenty of storage space for books, collectibles
and other items you may wish to bring.
The airconditioning and heating system will keep the living room at the temperature you wish, so you can enjoy your stay with the comforts of home.
The living room also allows access to the balcony, with views of a hotel and the general area.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The compact and comfortable kitchen comes with a 2 pit stove, microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, a detached kitchen counter and enough storage for plenty of pots, pans, glasswear and food.
The cosy and comfortable dining area will make eating with your loved ones a
delight.
There's enough space for 6-8 people, so you can easily have guests come over.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is equiped with an eletrically adjustable, king size bed. Perfect for an evening with a book or to browse
the internet on your laptop.
There's a large wardrobe with enough space for two.
A ceiling fan acts both as a light and as a way to keep you cool during the night. While the heater will keep you warm during the colder, but mild winter months.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is slightly smaller than the master bedroom, but it has a
sleeping sofa with storage space.
This sofa can be turned into a comfortable, queen size bed.
Another wardrobe has enough storage space for two.
Like the master bedroom, this bedroom comes with a heater and a ceiling fan, which doubles as a light.

Bathroom
The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a large, comfortable shower with a large shower head, a comfortable toilet and enough space to comfortably refresh yourself after a day at the beach.
A wide mirror and smaller make-up mirror and plenty storage for towels, tooth brushes and other accessories will make sure the bathroom won't become a clutter of random objects, but remains a calm, relaxing room.

Other features
As mentioned, the apartment has a balcony. The balcony is attached to the living room. From here you can view the surroundin area and sit, relax and enjoy the evening sun with a cold beverage.
The apartment has plenty of charming decorations, especially on the walls, which make the apartment feel warm and welcoming.
